Tripletake are a video production company who make promotional content for businesses and events. They wanted a website that showcased their skills and spoke directly to the demographic they’d identified as most valuable to them. Over the course of our conversations, we decided to focus on their customer demographic’s price sensitivity without devaluing their brand or pushing too hard.
I implemented their site quickly using Squarespace (though it’s not launched yet!) and we meet once a quarter to discuss progress and explore new ideas. They’ve seen contacts quadruple since we worked together to build their online presence. I’ve put in place simple checks and KPIs that make sense for the business and given them the tools to measure their success against criteria that make sense to them.
Bill Mohin, co-owner of the business said: “Working with Joe was dead easy. He’s upfront about what’s possible and really changed how we felt about our digital stuff. I’ve really appreciated his help and advice.
“As a novice in web design I really didn’t know where to turn to start a website from scratch and the deliver our companies mission clearly and concisely. Joe made every step of it easy, with complex and intricate details becoming easy. I would recommend him to anyone and hope that we can carry on working together in the future.”
